Dr. Eigenauer approved, Kamala seconded.

 

Old Business:

  1. Spring embedded tutoring update (5 min.)                                                                      INFORMATION

Will be down two student tutors. Will be embedded in 15 sections.

 

New Business:

  1. Optimizing Student Success ASCCC Report (15 min.)

Lori shared an ASCCC report and highlighted page 13.                                                       DISCUSSION                                                                                       

  1. Next data request (10 min.)                                                                                                   ACTION

Committee voted to make a data request to IR on behalf of ADC. Approved by Danielle, seconded by Kamala. Request will look at mandatory and incentivized tutoring vs. voluntary.

  1. High school gpa collection (10 min.)                                                                                      INFORMATION

Only   19 of 549   students in the last data request had a gpa in Banner.
