  1. Review “Results of Equitable Placement and Completion (AB 705) English and Math Improvement Plans and Next Steps for Implementation”     DISCUSSION

It is understood that Taft College can no longer offer any remedial courses in both math and English by Summer of 2023.

  • Discussed new ADC chair for 2023/2024 academic year
  • Discussed proposing creating an English 1500 with an ESL component – to be continued
  • Discussed new MESA coordinator position with a co-hort model
