  1. Approval of January Minutes (3 minutes) ACTION

Janis approved, Kamala seconded.

Reports

  1. Summer/Fall support (10 minutes)

Summer and Fall support will be as robust as ever, with online appointments, in person appointments, walk in availability, embedded tutors, and supplememental instruction. We will also have a student SIA in fall.

  1. Learning Center Promotion (5 minutes)

The Learning Center did a Valentines Day promo, as well as a St. Patricks Day promo. There will also be a spring promo.

  1. Tutor Trac Usage Report (10 minutes)

Lori S. presented Tutor Trac reports for the last three springs as a comparison. Kamala asked how the faculty evening Zoom hours are entered into Tutor Trac. Lori S. will look into it.

 

Old Business:

  1. AB 705 Improvement Plan (10 min) INFORMATIONAL

Lori S. shared the completed AB 705 Improvement Plan in its entirety so the committee could become familiar with it.

 

New Business:

  1. Trigonometry, 1500, 1505 future increased tutoring hours (5 min)      INFORMATIONAL

Wei and Jazmyn will be able to provide increased tutoring for these specific courses moving forward.

  1. Learning Center Clerk and corresponding update (10 min)

Desirae Navarro has been hired as the 25 hour per week clerk. Also, we are in the process of upgrading Tutor Trac to Trac Cloud.
