Members Present:

Marianne proposed an Accessibility Track .

Day 1 (3 hours) 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

-Overview of Accessibility and Definition of Section 5

-Self Evaluation Check List for Accessibility

-@ One Self Evaluation Tutorial with Hands on Tools Available in                                          Canvas

Day 2 (3 Hours) 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

-Show and Tell Specific Tools

-Accessibility in Word and PPT Hands on

Day 3 (3 hours) Possible @ One Track

-PDC Committee will look into possible Rethink Hiring DEI on-line                                                training.

-Tina suggested looking into Hi Flex training. Ruby will follow up                                       conversation about Hi Flex with Faculty Association.

-Ruby will look into last year’s May In-service for ideas and she will                                     follow up with Leslie.

-Ruby will follow up with Leslie about the possibility of faculty to “pick                              and choose” on-line workshops.

4. Discuss August In-service Schedule (Aug. 15-19, 2022)

-We need to find out if there is going to be a guest speaker.

-Which committee meetings are staying the same as last year’s

-We will try to leave some time for faculty to prepare for the semester

-What’s going to happen with “Lunch and Learn”?

-Tina will find out more information about Women’s History (Zoom                                     presentation)
