Minutes Friday, March 8, 2019 Counseling Center Conference Room 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Present: Paul Blake, Vicki Jacobi, James May, and Terri Smith Guest: Absent: Tina Mendoza Secretary: Brandy Young The meeting was called to order at 11:10 a.m.
Public Commentary None
Approval of Minutes from February 8, 2019 Minutes were approved without changes.
Information/Discussion Items 1. Review Data and ACCJC Standards/Apply to SLO Matrix and gap analysis Vicki gave a brief overview of the development of the SLO Matrix and the accreditation process. The committee reviewed the current draft of the SLO Matrix and discussed the supporting evidence for each item in detail. Gaps were identified and documented. Vicki recorded the information in the matrix for future use in the accreditation self-evaluation.
