Establish a due date\/timeline. <\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The development of a schedule for COR revision and course improvement will be presented to Mark and brought back to this committee at the first meeting in the fall.<\/li>\n<li>The Section Improvement Plan will be updated with the new assessment method question.<\/li>\n<li>The idea of eLumen data and student achievement data will be combined in a format so that it can be reviewed at the same time for program review. This will be worked out with the IR office.<\/li>\n<li>COR webpage \u2013 Are they up to date?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Signature Assignment (5 Minutes) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Action Item \u2013 <\/u><\/strong><u>Establish a due date\/timeline date. <\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The committee agreed to create the signature assignment, but it was not stated when the idea would be presented to the campus. Focus will be on an ISLO or GE SLO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Meeting Date and Time for 2013\/2014 (5 Minutes) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Action Item: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Committee members will email their fall schedules to Brandy and a date and time for next year will be decided on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> New Business (20 Minutes) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish goals for 2013\/2014 with timeline\/date of completion.\n<ul>\n<li>Section on the SLO webpage for students.<\/li>\n<li>Set date for Authentic Assessment training.<\/li>\n<li>CSLO Revisions\/Updates \u2013 Outline and due dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Other \u2013 From 5\/17\/2013 \u2013 Comments or Questions (10 Minutes) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Vicki informed the committee that Mark Williams, the new VP of Instruction has agreed to designate Carl Perkins funds for SLO workshops for instructional programs. Training should focus on Authentic Assessment methods and SLO validity\/effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Action Item \u2013 <\/u><\/strong><u>Status <\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vicki will send out the template created by the Applied Technology division that displays the SLO, assignment and method of assessment in a table format.
