The video was an animated, assessment scenario played out by an SLO Coordinator and a professor.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Approval of Minutes from September 16, 2011 <\/strong>The Minutes from September 16, 2011 were approved unanimously without changes.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Charter Approval from Academic Senate <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The committee decided to meet on the first Friday of each month.<\/li>\n<li>The Charter will be included on the agenda for the November 4<sup>th <\/sup>meeting to discuss final approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> eLumen Coordinator Form <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>A lengthy discussion was had regarding the Coordinator Form. The committee decided to make changes to the language of the form as well as clarify in greater detail what the duties of the coordinator would be. The form was collected and will not be distributed to faculty.
