Friday, December 2, 2011<\/p>\n

12:10 p.m. \u2013 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Present: Linda West, Vicki Herder, Geoffrey Dyer, Greg Golling,<\/p>\n

Joe\u2019ll Chaidez, Brandy Cramer and David Layne<\/p>\n

  1. Approval of Minutes from November 4, 2011 <\/strong>The Minutes from November 4, 2011 were approved unanimously without changes.<\/li>\n
  2. Discuss SLO Workshop for Adjunct Faculty <\/strong>A workshop will be held for adjunct faculty on Saturday, December 3, 2011. Two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon will be offered. A PowerPoint presentation will also be offered. The committee viewed the presentations and was in agreement with the content.<\/li>\n
  3. Inservice <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A tentative schedule for the three days of inservice was discussed.<\/p>\n

    Day One -Student Learning Outcome Day<\/u><\/p>\n

    The goal for day one is to complete the course improvement plans for each class taught in fall 2011 and have them ready to enter into the Program Review.<\/p>\n

    DayTwo \u2013 Data & Dialogue Day<\/u><\/p>\n

    The goal for day two is to integrate data from the IR office with SLO results for discussion of program review and planning improvement.<\/p>\n

    Day Three \u2013 Annual Program Review Day<\/u><\/p>\n

    The goal for day three is to complete the Annual Program Review Report and Program Goals and submit to IR office.<\/p>\n

    This tentative schedule will be presented to Dick Giese and then presented to the Governance Council for approval.<\/p>\n
