MINUTES <\/strong><\/p>\n Friday, April 19, 2013<\/p>\n 9 a.m. \u2013 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n Counseling Conference Room<\/p>\n Present: Jennifer Altenhoffel, Brandy Cramer, Geoffrey Dyer, Vicki Herder Michelle Oja, David Reynolds, David Layne<\/p>\n Absent: Joe\u2019ll Chaidez<\/p>\n \u201cThe Student Learning Outcomes team assists faculty and staff in <\/u><\/strong>the development of student learning outcomes and effective authentic assessment and analysis of data with thoughtful considered improvements to courses, programs, and services with a culture of evidence and on-going dialogue. The SLO team <\/u>values the culture of inquiry, integrity of the data, and the academic freedom of faculty to determine the best method for <\/u>student learning. The SLO team houses and coordinates the assessment efforts as described by each unit, division, program, service, and course area.\u201d <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
