Budget Committee Update \u2013 David \u2013 5 minutes (8:40 am-8:45 am)<br \/>\n4. Report on Action Items from the Previous Meetings \u2013 All \u2013 15 minutes (8:45 am-9:00 am)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px\">a. Cognos \u2013 moving forward with grant projects<br \/>\nb. Definitions \u2013 tabled \u2013 will be brought back<br \/>\nc. Key Success Indicators \u2013 to be defined in detail for next iteration of Strategic Plan in the spring. We should recommend benchmarking methods prior to then, spell it out so we have clear processes.<br \/>\nd. Integrated Planning Model \u2013 went to Governance Council for discussion, who recommended it be developed by Strategic Planning Committee and brought back to GC on December 13th.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">5. Integrated Planning Model \u2013 Eric \u2013 50 minutes (9:00 am-9:50 am)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong> Develop a draft model showing timelines for key process cycles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px\">a.
