A total of almost 70 Program Reviews and 109 Goal forms were submitted. The Committee discussed the next steps in the Program Review process. Items of discussion were:<br \/>\nThe original due date for the SPC to review all Program Review and Goal forms was the month of February.<br \/>\nThe Program Review process is well established so the focus will now switch to content.<br \/>\nIn the past the content was not reviewed.<br \/>\nThe members of SPC will review all Program Review submissions during the month of February through March.<br \/>\nSurvey Monkey will be used to assess each Program Review. A set of questions have been developed along with a scale to rate each Program Review for content and improvement.<br \/>\nThe questions on the survey are:<br \/>\nThe mission is clearly defined<br \/>\nThe scope of the program is clearly defined<br \/>\nIssues are well-identified<br \/>\nProgram goals are based on identified issues<br \/>\nThe program goals identify data to be used in evaluating those goals<br \/>\nAny quantifiable goals can be implemented and are achievable<br \/>\nResource needs are clearly defined and aligned with goals<br \/>\nPlans and goals are aligned with institutional plans and goals (SAP, EMP, Equity Plan, 3SP, BSI, Student Success, Technology, etc.<br \/>\nPlans and goals are aligned with accreditation<br \/>\nAre the program review components filled out correctly?<br \/>\nWill a substantive change notice be triggered?<br \/>\nComments<br \/>\nThe timeline was updated to allow for more review time.
