1. Discuss Strategic Action Plan feedback from Governance Council and town hall
\nThe committee discussed the feedback on the SAP from GC and the SAP town hall. Based on the feedback, the committee decided to update the SAP with the following changes:
\n\u2022\tUpdate integrated model calendar to start in 2018-2019.
\n\u2022\tCreate separate print and online versions of the SAP with the print version having the page numbers shown on outer edges to improve readability.
\n\u2022\tReplace high impact strategic directions with matrix that shows which operational plans can be used to meet each target metric. Add to this list enrollment management plan and find a way to note that it\u2019s currently in process of being completed. Also, add DE plan, and each pillar of the guided pathways plan as a separate column.<\/p>\n
The IARP office will complete the above revisions asap, as well as update transfer data with in state private and out of state transfers.<\/p>\n
