The new members attended a training session with Brand Young to clarify the role and functions of the committee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Approval of Minutes \u2013 April 5, 2018<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minutes were approved without changes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Review Charter<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The committee reviewed the charter and approved with no changes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Annual Committee Review Self-Evaluation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The committee reviewed the 2016\/17 self-evaluation form.
